In addition to her role at Foster Commercial, Danica is the founder of Homeownership with DD and owner of Nica’s Sweet Lab, where she combines her entrepreneurial spirit with a heart for serving others. Outside of work, Danica enjoys spending time with her husband and children, serving in ministry, baking, and encouraging others to pursue purpose with confidence. Whatever she commits to, she strives to make a lasting impact through excellence, compassion, and genuine service.
